Alan has over 30 years’ experience specialising in construction, operational mining, infrastructure and mining services industries. After 17 years as a London based underwriter, Alan immigrated to Australia to provide risk, advice and complex insurance programme design. Working at a boutique and three international broking firms prior to building Adcor Risk Consultants.

Alan has had the opportunity to be part of multibillion dollar projects, design of industry projects and introduction of world’s first concepts and has allowed him to work with forward thinking and exciting firms who seek unique solutions.

Alan is passionate about innovative thinking and the traditional ways of business.

With over 33 years broking experience, Dale’s knowledge has evolved through working in boutique broking firms, owning his own business and in senior management roles in National and International broking firms.

With extensive experience in the Mining, Civil and Construction sectors, Dale has developed a strong technical insurance knowledge and an advanced understanding of contractual relationships for both Principals and Contractors as well as programme design and placement of insurances in the international insurance market to find solutions for his client’s needs.

Dale was responsible for creating and placing the global insurance programme for one of Australia’s largest listed diversified minerals and metals company.

Callan has over 14 years broking experience in Perth and has previously travelled to the north west of WA on a regular basis. Over his years of experience and travel, he has developed a great understanding and focus on heavy transport, civil contracting and labour hire. Driven to provide his clients with the best, he not only focuses on the detail of business but the building of a strong client relationship. Callan achieves and provides his clients with what they need and when they need it.

Richard is recognised as the most experienced international energy broker in Australia, with a career spanning more than 40 years and seen him based in London, Calgary, Houston and Perth. He has designed insurance programmes for operations in Europe, N\orth and South America, Africa, Asia and Australasia. Richard specialises in property, liability, control of well and marine coverages.
Richard is fast and proactive in finding solutions to complex construction and challenging operational insurance issues.

Michael has over 4 years broking experience working within international and national broking firms. During this time, he has worked with a large selection of business types from multi - national corporations to privately owned family businesses. 
His skills gives him the ability to support the senior brokers on all classes of insurance and industry types making him a valued member of the Adcor team.
